Part Time Marketing Assistant

This is a part time position (around 10 hours a week) 2 days a week (preferably Monday and Wednesday). The Marketing Assistant will be expected to:

1. Administer social media pages

     a. Post relevant content

     b. Monitor and maintain Facebook/Tweeter and Instagram sites for the Allergy/Dermatology and ENT departments

2. Data input

3. Send out daily review requests to patients who were seen the day before

4. Proof brochures, articles and magazines

5. Design promotional material or propose different marketing strategies to help bring in patients

6. Any other responsibility as assigned by the Marketing Coordinator

Preferred GPA: 3.5+ Good communicator - ability to multi task - good time management skills - organized and detail oriented - ability to follow directions - proficient with Microsoft Office
