Operations Supervisor

Large and expanding medical specialty office has an immediate opening for an Operations Supervisor to ensure all business operations departments (Front Office, Billing, Authorizations) are operating in an efficient and productive manner.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and be able to perform daily operations of Front Office, Authorizations and Billing - all aspects
• Schedule and monitor Front Office, Billing and Authorizations staffing to meet operational requirements - all locations
• Communicate with patients regarding inquiries and complaints
• Payroll, PTO and OT review and approval
• Review daily controls for accuracy
• Manage staff inquiries and investigate/resolve internal issues regarding FO, Auth & Billing
• Coordinate with Director on policy issues, procedures, protocols and staffing issues
• Meet and and coordinate with providers on any outstanding operational issues
• Meet consistently with staff and providers at all locations
• Monitor staff and evaluate performance
• Draft staff evaluations (90 day and annual) for Director to review and approve
• Oversee some miscellaneous facilities duties
• Perform the quarterly coding level audit and report results to providers
• Credentialing
• Ensure patient satisfaction

Required Experience:

• Medical coding, complete billing cycle and revenue cycle management: 3 years
• Operations: 2 years
• Management: 2 years
