On-Call Greeter/Triage
Large Sacramento specialty medical office is looking for a customer service oriented individual to assist with greeting patients and triage for it's Allergy Center. This is currently a temporary position.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for greeting patients before they check in at the front desk. Responsible for screening patients for COVID-19-related symptoms, as well as taking their temperature.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education (or substitute experience):
- High School degree or GED
- Current BCLS (Basic Critical Life Support) certification preferred
- Current CCMA and at least one year of MA experience preferred
Travel:
- Ability to travel to and work at various office locations based on staffing needs and schedule
- A valid CA Driver's license is required
Skills required:
- Skill in performing tasks required and appropriate use of instruments and equipment
- Customer service skills and experience
