Medical Appointment Scheduler
Minimum of 1 year experience preferred. Familiarity with medical management software and AllMeds EMR a strong plus. Must have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
-Working knowledge of PPO, HMO , Medi-cal, and Medi-care Insurance
-At least 1 year experience with answering BUSY phones in a pleasant, courteous manner -Outstanding teamwork skills and ability to work as part of our dedicated healthcare team
-Strong computer skills required -Excellent phone skills
-Previous medical receptionist/scheduler experience preferred
